McAsphalt’s expertise in rejuvenating, manufacturing, and tailoring formulations, along with our state-of-the-art laboratories and plant facilities, allow us to custom blend rejuvenating products. Specialty binders can be engineered for surface dressings, cold pour crackfillers, cold mix stockpiles, road mixing, cold in-place recycling, and full-depth reclamation.

McAsphalt’s REJUVENITE product line contains highly effective blends of oils that help restore the original balance of asphalt constituents, compromised during the hot mix process or due to long-term environmental exposure.

REJUVENITE sealing emulsions are designed for use as a preservative seal that penetrates a pavement surface and restores the original properties of the asphalt. It helps seal hairline cracks and fill surface pores arising from age, oxidation or construction defects. A light application of sand may be applied to maintain skid resistance.

REJUVENITE cold pour crack filler emulsions are designed with a unique chemistry to help penetrate—or “flux”—into the wall of a crack or into existing pavement surfaces, not only filling the crack but enhancing the emulsion’s bond to the aged asphalt’s surfaces.

REJUVENITE cold mix emulsions are designed for mixing with RAP stockpiles, cold in-place recycling, and full-depth reclamation.
