McAsphalt manufactures a complete line of waterproofing and dampproofing membranes.
The waterproofing membrane forms a seamless continuous monolithic layer that is impermeable to moisture penetration and remains flexible over a wide range of temperatures. It can be used in any applications from bridges to roof terraces.
The dampproofing memebrane is a blend of selected asphalts and petroleum cutbacks conforming to the requirements of dampproofing/waterproofing primer PCGSB.37.GP.9. The dampproofing membrane can be used as a surface conditioner to enhance bond between substrate and waterproofing membrane or other asphaltic type coatings and used as a dampproofing/waterproofing coating to prevent migration of moisture through masonry or concrete structures.
Roofing/Waterproofing Membranes
FMcAsphalt’s waterproofing membrane is a hot applied, flexible, polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing/roofing membrane. The membrane forms a seamless, continuous monolithic waterproofing membrane that is impermeable to moisture penetration and remains flexible over a wide range of temperatures.
McAsphalt’s primer is a surface conditioner that enhances the bond between the substrate and waterproofing membrane or other asphaltic type coatings and can be used as a damp-proofing coating to prevent migration of moisture through masonry or concrete structures.
